Middle School Prep: Skills for Success

This interactive 5-day online workshop is designed to help rising and current middle school students build the executive function skills needed to navigate increasing academic demands with greater independence and confidence.
Over the course of the week, students will be guided in developing and actively applying essential skills, including:
Time management
Organization systems that actually work
Self-advocacy
Effective study strategies
Independent learning and follow-through
What Sets This Workshop Apart
This is not a passive or lecture-based experience. Students are coached in real time to apply strategies, build habits, and create personalized systems they can carry into the school year.
Each session is thoughtfully structured to balance learning with engagement and practice, and includes:
